There was a chance that all three available bids in 18 Open could be wrapped up by the end of Day 2 at the Pacific Northwest Qualifier in Spokane.

That didn’t happen.

As a result, one team is going to be feeling the impact of being ever so close to qualifying and coming up just short. Absolute Black 18-1, which has its bid, finished Saturday 0-3 and didn’t advance to the gold pools. Had Absolute made it along with bidded clubs in Skyline 18 Royal and Vision 18 Gold to the two, three-team gold pools, qualifying would be done in 18 Open.
