The top-ranked team in the country since the initial 16s Pre-Season Rankings dropped back in January, Tstreet 16 Mike isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Not after winning its fourth gold medal on a national stage this season by topping Wave 16 Brent, 25-13, 25-22, in the 16 Open final Monday during the conclusion of the JVA West Coast Cup in Long Beach.

The victory over Memorial Day weekend backs up Tstreet’s performances at Triple Crown, Show Me and Windy City, where Tstreet bested the field each time as well. The most recent gold medal came after dropping just one set in three days.
