With an undefeated season on the line, Chantilly topped Cox in style, 25-20, 26-24, 25-16, for the VHSL Class 6A state championship and finish the year 24-0. Chantilly dropped just three sets all season, including one against Colgan in the state semis. It was the first state title in program history for Chantilly, which rode a combined 27 kills from Morghan Fingall, Celie Feighery and Mujay Mambu.
