Coach Kimbrook Tennal's Tale of Toughness
For 42 years, Centralia (Kansas) coach Kimbrook Tennal's passion was coaching. But in 2018, when diagnosed with Stage 3B Colon Cancer, that passion was in jeopardy. His doctor advised that he put a pause on coaching due to the medication they had prescribed for his treatment during his six-month chemotherapy treatment. But he didn't listen.
