PSVBA 18-1 earned the National bid from its region a couple of weeks before descending upon Anaheim for the SCVA 18s Qualifier and taking a run at 18 USA. While PSVBA could rest easy knowing it was already heading to Dallas, it took some time for the news to spread to the rest of the field.
