In terms of locations, it wasn’t a flawless start for 15 Open on Friday at the 46th annual AAUs National Championships. The courts were split between two sites – the Orange County Convention Center and the ESPN Sports Complex. The good news is Day 1 is the only scheduled day that the courts are split for 15 Open, save for the national championship that is set to be played at ESPN Sports Complex on Monday night. We did manage to make it to both sites to check out the action, though the travel time in between meant talking about volleyball (with the Uber driver) rather than actually covering it.
